Easy Like Sunday






Phantom is a pro at doing Sunday Easy.



"Yes, until the flashy beast disturbs my slumber!"


Ciara is pretty good at finding ways to take it easy, but Lightning is always on the alert for something.  Wonder what he is up to now?





"I am not up to anything, Mom.  Just keeping an eye on your very neglected flowers.  As you can see, the no-sibe fence has been removed, and I haven't even bothered them in weeks."

The Momster wants you to know that her flowers and all of our gardens have been sorely neglected this summer because it is too hard for her to bend with her nagging back.  We have offered our help, but it doesn't seem to be wanted.



We wish you all a Happy Sunday.  We are all trying to keep Mom smiling here today as she is nervous about a tune-up her back will be getting from the doctor tomorrow.  Here's hoping it all goes well.

    We have our paws crossed for your Mom - our Mom swears by chiropractors which she has been seeing since she was 18! We hope the doctor can help - sore backs are no fun

    Your Sunday Easy is pretty much Everyday Easy here, bol! It's been too hot to do much else.

    Hope tomorrow's doctor appt. goes well for your mom. I've only ever really had problems with my back when I've slept wrong or something. That in itself is bad enough, but at least it goes away in a few days. I can't imagine having that all the time!

    Hi there Woos, I'm sorry your Mom's back is bothering her so much and I wonder what her tune up will entail. I have had herniated discs in the past which caused sciatica but found injections of a cortisone really helped. Occasionally my sciatic nerve still bothers me but not like the initial two bouts I had. Praying the doctor can completely heal this problem-let me know how it goes!
    You guys are such good security. Love catching back up with you!

    Pees - has your mom ever considered yoga. It helped our mom tremendously. She used to visit the chiropractor at lest 2x a week.
