Monday Musings






Soooooo "they" say it snowed here yesterday.

Something is wrong with this picture, Mom.  Is this really what "they" call snow????  It isn't quite what we had in mind.



Meanwhile, back to Ciara and her waiting. . . . . .


Yes, she is still very "busy" waiting.  And no, she was not waiting for snow, although she would love some.




And no, she is not waiting for Santa Paws, although that's not a bad idea.  She is now hoping that tomorrow will bring an end to her waiting.


Even the Lightning Bug gets tired sometime too.  Mom thinks  this is when he is at his cutest:)

    You could come to OUR hill... we are gonna get 2 inches by Morning and then 2 MORE on Wed. and More on Friday and again on Saturday...
    WE are SICK of it... so Come and Get it.
    Now WE are Waiting... to see what she is WAITING FUR.

    We had more snow than that and really cold weather. It is supposed to get to 30+ by Thursday-can't wait-it is just too cold outside. I know you Sibes would love it though.

    you can come to our house, we got several inches on Sat but now it is freezing cold - high of 14 today.

    Now I really don't know what Ciara is waiting for. A new dog bed so that she has a soft place to lie? That's my best guess.

    I think that Phantom has been taking Lightning under his paw for some tutoring...

    That was just a dusting! Of course, it could have been sleet, too. Come on down to our part of Oklahoma, we have plenty to share!

    That was enough snow for me. I like it best when it doesn't touch my belly when I walk :0)
    Hmmmm....very curious about Ciara.... Mom says it is funny to her how several of our Sibe friends like to sleep inside/under things.

    Mom and I will get out again today (for as long as we can stand it!) and do some more shoveling. We are having sub-zero temps and some wind, a very bad combo!

    But we do have the deep snow you guys would like. Catch a bus and come for a visit!

    Well you're right - that isn't a BIG snow and I bet you were hoping for BIG. As for waiting - I'm not happy about waiting for food or treats but waiting for other stuff is just a great excuse for a nap!!
