Thursday Thoughts




Time for some more good thoughts for Ciara.  It has been a rough couple of days for her.  We will be taking a bit of a break from blogging for now.

    Dear Ciara: Our hearts are hurting today because we so much wanted those dang medicines to work for you, I mean if humans are so smart why in the world can they not fix what should be fixed. With that said, I also have to remind myself that we pups know indeed what path is ahead of us, and all of the bits and pieces of love that are behind us.     Oh Ciara, we were so hoping that the new medicine would fix it and keep the monster away. We dog parents feel helpless when you are hurting and we don't have the answers. We're thinking of you and hoping that the mean monster leaves once and for all.

    We've been on a long trip but now we can comment again. We are sending lots and lots of love and POTP for sweet Ciara. I can only imagine how hard this time must be for you. Please know that many of us (including me) are thinking of you.

    It turned out that Shyla's episode was almost certainly a weird seizure but it hasn't recurred while we've been watching. We're hoping it was a one time strange thing. But, most of all, I wish that sweet Ciara would get a good break from the monster.

    So sorry to hear Ciara is struggling. Seizures must be an awful thing to deal with. I hope she is doing as well as can be. We are thinking of you, too much heartache with all your angels in the past. :(
