But WE ARE HOME!!!
I had a great time this weekend, but I am very happy to be home. And the peeps at the place we stayed said I was a very good girl!!!
Well, that was first time away from home for me other than when I was neutered. I had fun with Misty, but I don't want to go back - they gave me a B.A.T.H.!!!!! And then they turned on this loud and scary machine that tried to blow all my furs to Antartica. Mom says I look so white again and feel so soft - but I still didn't like it.
We know you are all anxiously awaiting a photo of Lightning - here you go!!!
YEP - still a conehead!!!! There are still two areas of my incision that are still heavily scabbed. Even with the nice bath I had today, they didn't come off. (Yes, Timber, I actually enjoyed my bath.) The last of the staples are gone, but not the whole scab. So now I am coned at least until Thursday when I see the surgeon. Both Mom and I were disappointed, but there is nothing we can do but wait.
We had another snowfall today, just a couple of inches, but we have very cold temps. It is icy walking so it is going to be an interesting couple of days for Mom as she has to walk Lightning on leash.
Sorry for such a short post, but the Momster is still working at getting back to "normal".
Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Pee Ess - Our dancerella Ms. C. had a superb weekend and was selected for the "City Crew" team at the convention. She was one of 16 girls in her age division out of a class of about 150 chosen from all the classes she was in while there.
Fingers crossed, Lightning. Fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Miss C. That is awesome! And we are happy you are home safely.
