We had a St Bernard that would hide when she didn't want to do something. She'd stick her head under a chair and we were supposed to ignore the huge body sticking out. We often played along.
I think this is the poor boy's "not so subtle" way of hinting he would like a sleep mask to make it dark for napping!Hugs, Pam
