Spotted on the ground in OP.
What's up with this???
Don't blame us!!! All we can say is this: Her name is Mom, and SHE is a pluckaholic!!!
With all the rain we are getting, our undercoats are finally starting to loosen enough to be easily plucked. So this is going to be a Spa week for each of us.
All that fur on the ground came from just ONE of my back legs:) You should have seen what the carpet looked like yesterday when SHE took a brush to our furs:) It looked like a blizzard exploded inside our home.

Time to hop along with the Awww Mondays Blog Hop sponsored by Comedy Plus.
I so remember this. You'll feel better once mom is done and she will too. A huge Awww. You're all so precious.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches all around and a hug to mom. ♥
We bet the birdies like to line their nests with all that floof! Our mom remembers doing that to our Angel sisters who all but one had double coats. We don't really produce much under coat to blow out but we still shed a lot.
ReplyDeleteYou will all feel so much better after your spa week. My first thought when I saw it was that someone had caught a bird!
ReplyDeleteWe were thinking the same thing as Millie and Walter...the birdies would love to get their feathers on ypour floofy floofs!!
ReplyDeletexoxo,

Looks like the WooMom is gonna be busy!
ReplyDeleteHari Om
ReplyDeleteuh oh...that means the vacula is likely to be on the go too... jus' sayin'... hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx
Your mom is just trying to make you cool for the summer
ReplyDeleteOH MY WOOs it is snowing Sibe furs right that in Kansas in MAY!
ReplyDeleteHow magical is that.
Hugs to you 3, Mom and Dyland
Cecilia
Cinnamon has been exploding fur too! You should have seen the fur balls that were collected when Mom vacuumes. Cinnamon won't let Mom "pluck" her pants though. When Mom tries, she sits down. That is one big pile of fur!
ReplyDeleteBOL!!! OMD, I bets our nextdoor neighbor doggie (yes, a Sibe!) is gonna start blowin' her furs over the fence soon! BOL!!!! I do loves when the fur flies! 🤣
ReplyDeleteAnd your faces are a total AWWWWWWWW today my furiends!!!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
Gosh, you have just reminded Gail of one reason why she has a low shedding dog, despite adoring Sibes!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your spa day.
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
oh we remember that... there was no evening in front of the tv without a plucking mama... probably that little fur packages attract humanoid fingers like a box of chocolate ;O)
ReplyDeleteThe birdies will be very happy to have that nice soft fur in their nests!
ReplyDeleteA blizzard in OP Land ... and here we thought spring had finally arrived!!!
ReplyDeleteI have never had a dog that has to be 'plucked' and now after seeing this I am glad for that. i am thinking that is your winter furs ready to become summer furs... i laughed out loud at the expressions in the first photo. you three are adorable
ReplyDeleteI should have recognized the white stuff, especially since I have a relative who does the same with her great pyrenees. Instead, I thought someone was guilty of unstuffing a toy!
ReplyDeleteMomma keeps saying how GLAD she is that boxers don't have much fur! BOL.
ReplyDeleteLulu: "It's not easy being fluffy!"
ReplyDeleteIt's that time of year where blowing coats causes a different kind of snow. Enjoy your spa time.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you guys have some horse genes? I've seen that effect on horses during shedding season!
ReplyDeleteWoofs,
Ollie
I bet you feel better after being brushed.
ReplyDeleteOh my! What a soft "doggy down" comforter stuffing all that floof of you Woos would make!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Teddy
That happens with Shelties too. I try to brush them outdoors.
ReplyDeleteDid the new comb help? Redford got groomed a few weeks ago and is STILL blowing coat!
