Awww MOMday

Spotted on the ground in OP.

What's up with this???

Don't blame us!!!  All we can say is this: Her name is Mom, and SHE is a pluckaholic!!!

With all the rain we are getting, our undercoats are finally starting to loosen enough to be easily plucked.  So this is going to be a Spa week for each of us.

All that fur on the ground came from just ONE of my back legs:)  You should have seen what the carpet looked like yesterday when SHE took a brush to our furs:)  It looked like a blizzard exploded inside our home.

  2. We bet the birdies like to line their nests with all that floof! Our mom remembers doing that to our Angel sisters who all but one had double coats. We don't really produce much under coat to blow out but we still shed a lot.

  9. Cinnamon has been exploding fur too! You should have seen the fur balls that were collected when Mom vacuumes. Cinnamon won't let Mom "pluck" her pants though. When Mom tries, she sits down. That is one big pile of fur!

  12. oh we remember that... there was no evening in front of the tv without a plucking mama... probably that little fur packages attract humanoid fingers like a box of chocolate ;O)

  16. I should have recognized the white stuff, especially since I have a relative who does the same with her great pyrenees. Instead, I thought someone was guilty of unstuffing a toy!

  17. Momma keeps saying how GLAD she is that boxers don't have much fur! BOL.

  18. It's that time of year where blowing coats causes a different kind of snow. Enjoy your spa time.
