Meet Murphy!!!
Murphy is our canine cousin who lives with our human sister's family. He became a member of their family in the summer of 2020. He is a rescued pup. Nothing of his background is known since he was found roaming the streets. Do any of you have any idea what kind of dog he might be? We are sure he is a mix but a mix of what??? We love his crossed paws.

I bonded with the guest the moment I saw him and knew immediately he was a rescue. I want him, I love him. on your touch screen push down on his photo, I found many just like him. 3 said some pyarnees and austrailai cattle dog mix, part st Bernard. if you aim your phone at him if it is android and tap the lens icon, that is how we figured out Beau is Dane/catahula. most likely a mix of many.

Those are great selfies and we love Murphy too. It's difficult to tell how big Murphy is but we bet he has some lab and probably some bully breed based on his big head.

ReplyDeleteVery late but want to add my thoughts on Murphy's lineage. Undoubtedly there's some bully breed there and I think Sandra is close with perhaps some St Bernard... But as one very familiar with Border Collie breed, I have to say there's a healthy whack of that DNA there, not least in Murphy's colouring. One thing is for sure, he's a handsome dude! Hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx
