Tuesday Telling by Ciara

Well, our assistant missed it again. I turned six months on June 10th and she forgot to check my growing progress (not my gardening progress, but ME, my growing bigger).

Four Months Old

Five Months Old - not too much change there.

Six Months, 12 Days Old - what do you think? Not too much bigger, just a little longer in the legs:) For some reason, I haven't gone through the awkward ears stage. At my last vet visit, I was 36 lbs. and doing very well.

See, Stella, I still have my lovely blankie that your nice Mom made for me - and I can still fit on it. No tears, no chewing of it. But it doesn't get too much use right now - it is just too hot for blankets.

Some of you have asked about the begonias on the deck. Although I probably don't look a lot bigger than I did here on May 11, you can tell by the change in the flowers that this is a current photo, and they are thriving. I don't bother them at all. And I really haven't been doing any digging.

HOWEVER, the Momster has tried several times to put these pots on the floor of the deck. No luck - I really don't like the way she has arranged the flowers, and I keep trying to take them out and redo the pots the way I like them. So for now (and maybe for the rest of the season) they reside on the table - how silly is THAT!!!

Actually, this is what most of our days are looking like with the horrible heat and humidity and thunderstorms that seem to have settled over Kansas.

We also want to ask everyone to cross their paws that Rocky will be found safe very soon. You can read about him here. He was part of a transport that Khyra's Mom did on Sunday. After he met his new owners, he managed to escape from them and has been missing ever since. He has a lot of us worried about him.
